Embossing & DebossingEmbossing creates a raised image on the paper. When the same process creates an indented image it is called debossing. This adds a distinctive touch to folders, business cards, stationery, and covers. Choose a blind emboss or add foil or ink to create a distinctive emboss that's sure to stand out.

Hot Foil StampingThis process is achieved when a stamping die is mounted on a platen and heated. Foil stamping does not produce a raised image. It's called a flat foil when the design is not raised. Add a specialy made die to press an image and the foil into the paper and it's called foil embossing.

Die CuttingWe can die cut as small as a business card all the way up to a 22" sheet. A die cut is achieved by first creating a steel rule die that is used for cutting the material in the desired shape. Use one of our house dies or send us your Vector Line File to have a Custom Die made for your project.

UV & Aqueous CoatingWe offer flood coating of your printed sheets using either UV or Aqueous liquid lamination. This process improves the durability and protection of the printed piece. This environmentally friendly process doesn't involve solvent-based chemicals. A liquid is applied to the entire sheet and then cured with an ultra-violet light to form a hard protective surface. Sheets can be coated either single sided or on both sides. Environmentally Friendly.
